Daryl N. Snadon was born May 31, 1945 in Greenfield, Missouri.  He graduated from high school in Missouri.  In 1963, he moved to Colorado Springs, Colorado to attend the Air Force Academy Preparatory School where he was an Arts Major.  He then attended the University of Missouri at Columbia from 1964 to 1968 where he obtained a degree in Economics and Accounting and continued at the University of Missouri Law School through 1971 for a Juris Doctorate.  In 1972, he attended the Southern Methodist University Law School in Dallas, Texas doing post-doctoral work on an advanced tax degree.

Mr. Snadon was honorably discharged from the United States Air Force Reserve.  He holds licenses as an attorney in the states of Texas and Missouri, and a real estate broker's license in the state of Texas.

Mr. Snadon is the owner of Beltway Development Company, a major commercial real estate developer in the Metropolitan Area and is part owner of Beltway Commercial Real Estate. Mr. Snadon is a Founding Partner and Director of Emergent Construction Technologies, an industrial and commercial construction company and founding partner and director of SJS Hammerhead (developer, manufacturer and distributor of Hammerhead Paintball gun barrels and accessories).  He was also a founder of Beltway Construction, Inc./Construction Management Technology, Inc., a major design/build international construction firm.  Among other business ventures, Mr. Snadon is the co-founder of Chamberlain's Prime Chop House, a four star restaurant in Addison (which in the first year of operations was named one of the "Best New Restaurants in America" by Bon Appetit magazine), Chamberlain's Fish Market and a founding investor in 1-800-FLOWERS.

Mr. Snadon is past President of the Addison Business Association and past President of the MetroCrest Chamber of Commerce serving the cities of Addison, Carrollton, Farmers Branch and Coppell.  In addition, he formerly served on the Board of Directors of the InterFirst Bank - Galleria.  He is a member of Kappa Sigma Fraternity and the Missouri Bar Association, the Texas Bar Association and the Society of International Business Fellows.
